Delivery and Returns

Delivery

​Free delivery on orders above 20 boxes. Otherwise delivery charges will apply as below:

Packaging - £1 per box

Delivery charges - £6 (for any location across UK)

Portal fee - £2

Orders received will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from The Paint Studios, however, if you do receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us with 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with a full refund of the goods value.

When returning your goods please enclose a brief covering letter detailing the reason for return.  We will only be able to accept returned products that are in a resalable condition.  Refunds will only be processed when the returned items have been received by us and we would recommend that you return the goods to us using a signed for delivery service.  Please note that we are not responsible for return carriage costs unless we have sent the product to you in error or it is defective – if this is the case please contact us and we will arrange a collection for you.
